The description was heartbreaking. The judge reported that the minor had already been murdered: she died with her throat cut after receiving several kicks to the head.
For this reason, it is presumed that Álvaro Díaz, a teacher in the area, had to witness the torture and subsequent murder of his entire family before he died.
When he ran out to ask for help, he stated that ‘Cacha’, ‘Cochi’ and ‘Mi Negro’ were killing the teacher and that the girl had had her throat cut and they kicked her head
“When he ran out to ask for help, he stated that ‘Cacha’, ‘Cochi’ and ‘Mi Negro’ were killing the teacher and that the girl had had her throat cut and they kicked her in the head. They asked the teacher where the money was. Each of these elements shows that alias Mi Negro was at the scene of the events. He actively participated, sustained a role distribution attacking the teacher, and knowing the injuries of the minor and of Mrs. Acuña, wife of the teacher, ” explains the prosecution.
In the revealed audios, it was also said that the entire family was attacked with sharp weapons such as machetes and knives.
