An event that will answer one of the biggest dilemmas in discussions on healthy eating: “Is eating red meat bad?”. Of course, it all depends on the meat you choose, how much you eat, how you cook it. Coldiretti will therefore give the floor to the experts, the nutritionist Giulia Cerutti and Professor Luca Maria Chiesa, who will talk about the nutritional value of beef and the importance of including it in a balanced diet in the different ages of life and will illustrate the peculiarities of meat. On Saturday 17 September at 5.30 pm, again in Piazza Caduti per la liberty, Coldiretti Cuneo will animate the courtyard of Palazzo Traversa with “Brut e Bon … Guided tasting of 100% Italian bubbles”, in which a sommelier from the AISP (Italian Association of Piedmont Sommeliers ) will accompany the participants in the sensory discovery of three Italian bubbles: Alta Langa Brut Docg, Franciacorta Brut Docg and Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut Docg. Sunday 18 September, space for families for an afternoon of fun face to face with agricultural producers to let children know the origin of the products and to develop respect for the environment and the foundations of a healthy diet in them.
