Today we find him behind the glass that separates the room from the counter and the ovens (there is also a separate area with a gluten-free oven), smiling and happy to have finally built his pizzeria that tastes so much of Vesuvian land, starting with the selections of typical products: oil, artisanal pasta with which he prepares the omelettes, tomatoes, the wines present in the rich menu that emphasizes Campania productions, up to a careful selection of beers, not to mention of the many Slow Food products used for the preparations.

Gianfranco Iervolino’s pizza is just as you expect it: intense flavor of the dough, thin and soft disc, also highlighted by the encounter with a good extra-virgin olive oil, then by the acidulous / sweet sensation of the tomato and the succulence of dairy products, which bring back to the traditional pizza, prepared with the biga, with a precise and clear flavor. Pleasant with every bite.

The experience of Gianfranco Iervolino ends from 450 degrees in Pomigliano d’Arco. From today the pizza chef-musician is no longer behind the oven having sold his company shares to start his own experience with his wife in Ottaviano.
