This is great news for fans of the famous cartoon. Vice-Versa will do its big return to the Disney+ streaming platform!

Lately held the D23 agreement which is always eagerly awaited. Disney+ also took the opportunity to make numerous announcements.

We now know that the streaming platform foresees a sequel to the Pixar film Inside Out. It was in 2015 that viewers first discovered the character of Riley.

The latter is very expressive and will make us live all the emotions! So little Riley has to face Joy, Fear, Anger, Disgust and Sadness.

The little girl had to move because of her dad’s job. She will therefore face this new life with all these new emotions that she is discovering little by little.

At the end of the film, we discover that the girl has grown well. She must now learn to tame your emotions with a whole new system.

Logically, the sequel to the film Vice-Versa embarks on the teenage life of young Riley. New emotions will surely make their entrance in the rest of the film. The Disney+ platform has also announced that the sequel to the film should be available for the summer of 2024!

What to expect ?

Vice-Versa and little Riley, now a teenager, will therefore arrive on Disney+ next year. But this sequel will be made by Kelsey Mann, screenwriter behind Arlo’s Journey.

He therefore takes the place of Pete Docter and Ronaldo Del Carmen. However, screenwriter Meg LeFauve is back in service for this new adventure. Just like Amy Poehler who will again lend her voice to Joy in the original version of the program.

In the meantime, the streaming platform has announced other new features as well. During this convention, the streaming giant announced the great return of the actors of High School Musical for a 4th season of the cult series.

The cast will therefore meet in full. From Zac Efron to Vanessa Hudgens, via KayCee Stroh, Lucas Grabeel and Corbin Bleu.
